We are new program based fitness facility for individuals who want to reach their recovery, weight loss, health and fitness, and sports performance goals.  We offer specialty programs designed for a target population with specific needs and goals.  Each program is customized for the individual by experienced degreed professionals who understand your prevention, recovery, and fitness needs.

Medical Fitness Programs

At AFP we believe in the importance of a support system. We implement a small group training model which provides you social support and accountability while achieving your goals. In providing a safe and effective program for you, we want you to ENJOY it and make it part of your daily routine! Medical Fitness Programs meet two times a week for a 1-hour session. 

Sessions follow a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday Schedule.  Schedules vary with season, please contact us for more information.

Medical Fitness Program Schedule

Morning Schedule

  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
  • 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
  • 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
  • 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Afternoon Schedule

  • 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM
  • 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Tues/Thurs only)

Sports Performance Schedule:

  • YSP I:  Ages 8-11 M/W 5-6pm or T/Th 6-7pm
  • YSP II:  Ages 12-14 M/W 6-7pm

Sessions run for 8 weeks - session dates:  

  • Session 1: Begins October 28, 2013
  • Session 2: Begins January 6, 2013
  • Session 3: Begins March 3, 2014
  • Session 4: Begins May 5, 2014

Pre-Surgery Fitness Program

One of the most beneficial things you can do before surgery is to be physically prepared.  The healthier and more fit you are, the faster and easier your recovery and rehabilitation.  Pre-hab can help reduce inflammation, improve blood circulation, improve mobility, help promote correct movement patterns and help with pain relief.  Your program will be developed based on your current health history and fitness status in addition to any guidelines or limitations provided by your doctor.

Enrollment Options:  8 Weeks: $290.00, 6 Weeks: $225, or 4 Weeks: $155


Post-Rehabilitation Fitness Program

Designed for individuals who have been released from physical therapy, but are still working towards increasing range of motion, returning to work, or increasing their fitness level.  Your individualized program will be developed from your current health history and fitness status, and your physical therapy discharge instructions.  With your verbal and written consent we will communicate directly with your physical therapists about your needs.

Enrollment Options:  12 Weeks: $405, 8 Weeks: $290, 4 Weeks: $155



Designed for athletes recovering from ACL or an orthopaedic injury, who have been cleared by their physician to focus their rehabilitation process on sport specific performance goals.  Developed in conjunction with your physician and physical therapist, your program will be designed to address appropriate jumping and landing techniques, muscle balance, flexibility, mobility, and sport specific demands.

Enrollment Options:  8 Weeks: $325* Option to extend as needed


Specialized Training Programs

Youth Sports Performance:  Designed specifically for youth ages 8-14yrs to prevent injury and develop athletic ability.  Customized for each athlete and the demands of their sport, each program will include: Dynamic Warm-upFlexibilityPlyometrics and Jump TrainingCoordinationSpeed and AgilityResistance Training

This program focuses on reducing the risk of knee injury, specifically ACL, while instilling proper landing techniques, increasing jump power, and improving lower body strength.  Learning deceleration techniques during landing, planting, cutting, starting and stopping are essential to preventing injury while enhancing speed and agility.  Coordination is foundational to athletic success and is best developed pre-puberty.  Our program addresses the essential elements: balance, rhythm, special orientation, and reaction to endurance, and learn correct movement patterns to keep them safe from non-traumatic injuries.

Executive Fitness Program

Designed for individuals who want to work out before work or during lunch.  Participants will receive a personal exercise plan and routine assessments designed for you and your goals.  You also have the option of participating in our executive bootcamp class offered in the morning and during lunch hours.  Program participants have access to the facility M-F 5:30am-8am and 12pm-2pm.  We offer clean executive style locker rooms with towel service and toiletries.  Dry cleaning service is available on-site.

Enrollment Options:  1 month: $100 with a $15 registration fee


Small Group Training

Designed for 2-8 participants who want to work with a trainer, but also enjoy the social aspect of group training. Small groups can be scheduled for your specific group/co-workers or you can join an existing session.  Group times can be schedule from 5:30am-5Pm.  Contact us for pricing.

Note:  Participants of any AFP program are eligible for discounted personal training.  Pricing available upon request.
